#QUOTE
Quote I'm pondering...
"You can have everything in life you want if you will just help other people get what they want." — Zig Ziglar
Success isn’t a solo game. Whether in business, relationships, or personal growth, the most durable wins come from creating value for others. The people who win long-term are those who make others win too.

What I'm thinking about...
My reading has substantially dropped since I’ve been able to chat with AI. I can have hyper-tailored discussions on any topic.
What kinds of companies will thrive (and survive) in the new age of LLMs? I would be willing to bet that less SaaS companies will endure. We need to build sustainable businesses with a moat.

Are you on a good quest now? Be honest.
Silicon Valley is in a crisis of wasted talent. Too many of the best minds—exited founders, top engineers, influential investors—default to easy, low-impact pursuits: passive investing, social media punditry, or incremental SaaS plays. The opportunity cost is massive.
A “good quest” moves the world forward. The Wright Brothers, NASA, and the pioneers of nuclear energy all chose ambitious, high-risk quests. Today, hard but critical quests remain—AI alignment, defense tech, energy breakthroughs—but too few top players take them on.
If you're capable, choosing not to build something meaningful isn’t just a missed opportunity. It’s a loss for humanity.

Something I've learned...

Super random, but I have a water softener and wanted to know how it works. A water softener removes hardness minerals (calcium and magnesium) by exchanging them with sodium or potassium ions using a resin bed, which is periodically regenerated with a salt solution.

History of Rolex: Rolex defies conventional business logic by selling high-priced, mechanically inferior watches with unprecedented demand, producing over 1 million units annually while maintaining luxury exclusivity. Despite its global dominance, the company remains privately owned by a Geneva-based charitable foundation.

MVPs are wrong, use minimum lovable products or maximum launchable product instead. Minimum viable ideas are what you should focus on idea by using AI tools like Replit. (link)

#PRODUCT
A product that I've been loving...
Meta Ray Ban
These things are absolutely awesome to capture the little moments when you can’t pull out your phone. Additionally, now that Meta has their own LLM, it is so much easier to ask a question to Meta AI instead of opening up my phone.
