"The man who moves a mountain begins by carrying away small stones." — Confucius
Small progress leads to large outcomes. Moving a mountain is your vision, and carrying small away stones is your strategy.

How to Write Better with The Why, What, How Framework
//eugeneyan
A simple framework to write anything--from quick messages to an entire report, this framework can guide readers in linear thought.
Why: why this document? what is the problem? why now?
Who: who is the audience?
What: what does a solution look like? what are we measuring?
How: how can we achieve the why and what?
While this article was written with an emphasis on software engineering, I've found that it can apply to any domain.

The Danger of Minimalism Design
So, I know nothing about architecture, but I believe there have been a couple of trends causing minimalistic design:
Optimization: more with less (e.g. higher ceilings, more space)
Manufacturing: less detail means simpler machines
Less noise: people have more noise than ever with the internet (or might I say the metaverse), and having a dull physical environment might just be the calming vibe that people need
Personally, I love minimalistic design for the interior of a home. But for most other things, I prefer classic design (especially cathedrals vs. skyscrapers).
Ultimately, I don’t think that people dislike minimalism, I think that people dislike trends and everything looking the same/losing identity.

Visualize Value Chrome Extension
I recently added this Chrome Extension to my browser and I'm loving it. Every time I open a new tab, I get a Visualize Value image + a quote. The best new product I've used in a long time.

Web3 Adtech
With browser cookies being phased out, and the need for persistent identity, web3 crypto wallets are the key for adtech. Web3 wallets are naturally open and transparent so that anyone can see what the wallet contains and what transactions that wallet has made.
With this person, marketers could seamlessly segment, target, and personalize ads to these users.
